網路傳言酪梨可以治療退化性關節炎,其實都不是正確的。酪梨成分主要是脂肪,以單元不飽和脂肪酸為主,僅能作為食物,並非藥品關節出現不適的感覺時,應先行就醫確診,千萬不要自行亂服用健康食品,而延誤就醫。若醫師開立處方的消炎止痛藥品,應按照醫囑服用。
