假的。請注意Eric Berg 並不是真正的醫師，他本業也不是醫療背景出生，拍攝影片的同時他在自己的網站販賣不同的保健食品，然而那些食品仍然不能對人體產生幫助。他在youtube上多半是推廣一些飲食療法或是減肥，請勿輕信。若想要補腦抗氧化，飲食均衡是比較重要的。
